The Company providing you services through the Platform is Forge Interactive OOD, a limited liability company, incorporated and existing under the Laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, registered with the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities at the Registry Agency in the Republic of Bulgaria under Unified Identity Code 206302000, having its seat and registered office in: 23 Mizia Street, Yavorov Residential Area, Slatina District, 1124 city of Sofia, Republic of Bulgaria, represented by Milin Lyudmilov Dzhalaliev, in the capacity as Managing Director.

We take your right to privacy seriously and work continuously to keep the data we process minimized. Nevertheless, in order to be able to provide you with our services, we need to process some personal data.


Categories of data subjects

For the performance of the services as described in the Terms of Use Forge Interactive OOD will process personal data of the following categories of data subjects:

  • Individuals who visit the Platform and/or use the functions and the services provided through the Platform and who want to apply for participation in the esports reality show StarForge organized by Forge Interactive.

Categories of personal data

When you apply for participation in the esports reality show StarForge Forge Interactive OOD may process the following personal data:

  • full names;
  • nick name;
  • email address;
  • discord;
  • telephone;
  • sex;
  • link to the League of Legends personal account and ranking;
  • role in the game;
  • OPGG profile;
  • motivation.

Purpose for processing and legal basis

We may process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • identification of the individual as an applicant/Candidate;
  • ensuring application for participation in the esports reality show StarForge, organized by Forge Interactive OOD;
  • participation in a casting for selection of the participants which will be included in the teams for StarForge;
  • selection of applicants with whom Forge Interactive OOD will conduct online interviews;
  • conducting interviews with selected participants;
  • selection of the applicants for participation in the esports reality show StarForge;
  • completing and maintaining the relevant documentation related to the application and participation in the esports reality show StarForge;
  • liaising with applicants and providing feedback, support, news and notices;

The legal basis for this processing is the explicit consent of the individual given before submission of his/her application for participation in the esports reality show StarForge.

Terms of storage

We will store the personal data received through our Platform from the Candidates up to 2 (two) years from the submission of their application for participation.


When we receive an inquiry by a person through our contact form, we will use the contact information (name and email address) provided by him / her to contact and provide the information or assistance he/she needs.

We store the data received through our contact form up to 6 (six) months in order to respond to inquiries, create and settle contractual relationships.
